Sales Policy

Sales will be processed in the order they are received so please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Orders will be shipped with a signature required.

Presently, we are not accepting back orders of items marked Out of Stock on our retail website. If you would like to make a Special Order we would be happy to help. Please send an email to outdoors@lakecountrycoop.ca with some details about what you are looking for and we will do our best to provide you with availability, timeline, etcetera.

Some items may require the additional sale of items like trigger locks, hard cases, etcetera.

Clearance items, or items marked as Clearance will be final sale.

We ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates may be subject to change when processing your order (large quantities, heavy weights, etc.). You will be notified by email if there are any changes to shipping costs where you can accept or decline.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and make sure there is no damage and all number of parcels is correct. In the event of damage, please take a photo of the damage or take note of the damage. If this isn’t done at the time of signature, the carrier may not honor your claim.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with a receipt. We do not offer returns for the following products.*

*Firearms, including black powder guns, air-guns, muzzle-loaders, etcetera.

*Ammunition

*Reloading powders, black powder and/or black powder substitutes, smokeless powder, primers, brass/cartridge cases, leads/bullets

*Gas powered items like augers etcetera

*Binary Targets

*Clearance items

*Some items may not be eligible for return such as Tree Stands, Hunting Blinds, electronic game calls, mouth calls etcetera. These items may be returned only under the discretion of Management.

All other items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with a receipt. Items returned must be in original, un-opened packaging and un-used. If an exchange is desired, please note that in your email and we will do our best to accommodate. In the event an item needs to be returned, please email outdoors@lakecountrycoop.ca or phone us at 306-862-3101 and we will begin processing the return. This must be completed before any items are returned.

If products being returned were purchased using Sezzle, those returns will be subject to a 10 percent re-stocking fee.

We will not accept returns sent COD. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. Lake Country Co-op will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during shipment.
